The group of buildings represents one of the brightest examples of Classicism epoch in Latvia, comprises 17 architectural and building structures of the total area about 7 000 sq. m.
The manor is located at the northeast border of Sigulda and Krimulda Rural Parish, in the territory of the Gauja National Park, 50 kilometres away from Riga.
The main building - 2 735 sq. m., 3 floors, basement, observation terrace.
Parcel of land - 53 hectares.

The manor remained in the possession of the von Lievens through to 1921.
The manor is in a good technical condition and has been partially repaired.
So far, the building hosts a rehabilitation centre.
